Why does the permanent use of zentrada cost money?

Unfortunately, the operation of a Europe-wide service network and the ongoing further development of these innovative and unique services cannot be financed exclusively through the low margins and commissions in the wholesale business.

zentrada offers you unique and valuable advantages in terms of usage-, purchasing- and competitive advantages in commercial purchasing for a comparably low membership fee, which pays off easily after just a few orders.

Can I also order directly from the suppliers?

Of course you are free in communication and ordering. However, the advantages of central settlement and TradeSafe services are lost in many cases. You can also negotiate prices via transaction chat and even small advantages are quickly lost if we often encounter problems with large providers or foreign orders.

What happens after the booked time?

Your membership will be automatically renewed at the end of the booked period. You can cancel it at any time before the extension simply online under MyZentrada or by eMail to Mitglied@zentrada.de

Can I change or cancel the membership later?

Yes, you can downgrade or cancel your membership on the myzentrada website at any time. If you cancel, you will lose access to all Professional functions at the end of the current billing period. The free basic account remains. If you wish to change the duration, please contact our member service.

Can I bill my Premium Membership through my company?

Of course you can. Zentrada is a recognized sourcing platform for commercial trade and is fully accepted as such by the tax office. You will automatically receive an invoice receipt for your company after the upgrade.

Is it necessary to have a credit card?

No, you can also pay for your Premium Membership by direct debit. You pay your later invoices from suppliers via Tradesafe with normal bank transfer, instant bank transfer, Paypal or with credit card. You have a lot of options here.
